This is an SAP Basis Administration role that requires working on a 24/7 rotational shift, including night (third) shifts. The position involves performing SAP Basis administrative tasks and managing both Oracle and HANA databases to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform daily monitoring of SAP systems to ensure optimal system performance and availability.

- Carry out housekeeping activities to maintain overall system health.

- Execute kernel upgrades and system restarts as required.

- Implement Support Package (SP) upgrades and system patches.

- Perform system refresh procedures, including backup, restore, and recovery operations.

- Manage Oracle or SAP HANA database administration tasks.

- Conduct event monitoring and system monitoring using SAP tools and dashboards.

- Handle incident management processes to resolve issues efficiently.

- Participate in change management activities, ensuring proper coordination and documentation.

- Collaborate with customers and internal teams on planned maintenance or system changes.

Your Profile :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator who is comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment, including night shifts, and has strong technical expertise in SAP administration, database management, and system monitoring.

Required Qualifications :

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including third (night) shifts, as part of 24/7 operations.

- Proven experience in SAP Basis administration.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or SAP HANA databases.

- Strong understanding of system monitoring and housekeeping procedures.

- Experience performing kernel upgrades, system restarts, and Support Package (SP) upgrades.

- Proficiency in system refresh, restore, and recovery activities.

- Experience in event monitoring and proactive system health checks.

- Knowledge of incident and change management processes.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Preferred Experience :

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis administration.
