Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba S2C Consultant with hands-on expertise in Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Risk Management.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional understanding of SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract modules and should be capable of providing high-quality technical and functional support to customers.

Mandatory Skills :

24 years of experience in SAP Ariba S2C modules, including :

- Supplier Management

- Sourcing

- Risk Management

- Strong understanding of SAP Ariba Source to Contracts processes.

- Ability to provide solutions to technical and functional issues affecting customer business processes.

- Experience in supporting SAP Ariba applications related to Supplier Management / Sourcing / Risk Management.

- Experience in providing real-time customer support through SAP support channels (phone, chat, ticketing).

- Ability to help customers efficiently implement and operate their SAP Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across SAP Ariba S2C modules.

- Support customers through real-time channels (phone, chat, incident management).

- Work with business users to understand issues, replicate scenarios, and provide viable solutions.

- Assist customers in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP Ariba S2C processes.

- Ensure smooth functioning and improved utilization of Ariba modules.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and best practices.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory) :

- Exposure to SAP Ariba integration flows.

- Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA procurement processes.

- Knowledge of Ariba Contract Management
