SAP ABAP/HANA Consultant - RICEF Module

Key Responsibilities :

ABAP Development in S/4HANA Environment :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and enhancements using ABAP in an S/4HANA environment.

- Utilize Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) principles and best practices for robust and scalable solutions.

RICEF Objects Development :

- Develop and modify various RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.

- Create custom Reports to meet business reporting needs.

- Develop and manage Interfaces for data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Handle Conversions for data migration and transformation.

- Implement Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, etc.) to extend standard SAP functionalities.

- Design and develop Smart Forms for document generation.

HANA-Optimized Development & Integration :

- Develop and optimize solutions leveraging CDS Views (Core Data Services) for efficient data retrieval and analytical capabilities.

- Work extensively with IDocs for inbound and outbound data interfaces.

- Ensure seamless Interfaces with other systems, applying integration best practices.

Problem Solving & Collaboration :

- Troubleshoot and debug complex ABAP programs and system issues.

- Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- ABAP S/4HANA: Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development on the S/4HANA platform.

- RICEF Objects: Proven experience with RICEF objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Smart Forms.

- CDS Views: Strong proficiency in developing and optimizing CDS Views.

- OO ABAP: Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).

- Interfaces & IDocs: Hands-on experience with various Interfaces and IDocs.

- Smart Forms: Experience in developing Smart Forms.
