Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with over 6 years of experience to lead Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation for enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.

- Manage development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

- Develop Apex classes, Lightning components, triggers, and Visualforce pages.

- Oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Visualforce.

Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.

- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.

- Good understanding of Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado (optional).

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred :

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Technical Architect, etc.)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
