We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with 9+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with deep expertise in Salesforce solutions and integrations. This high-impact role involves leading technical teams, designing scalable and high-performance architectures, and ensuring the successful, end-to-end delivery of multiple projects. You will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and confidently pitching your vision to clients. We are specifically looking for candidates with a short notice period (immediate to 60 days official).

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design : Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance architectural solutions for complex Salesforce implementations. This includes defining data models, security frameworks, integration strategies, and user experience paradigms.

- Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor technical teams, ensuring successful project outcomes and adherence to best practices. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision and ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle.

- Solution Development : Utilize your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration technologies to build and implement robust solutions.

- Requirements & Integration : Gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. You will have hands-on experience designing and implementing intricate system integrations with third-party applications and legacy systems.

- Project Management & Collaboration : Lead multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.

- Stakeholder Communication : Present ideas confidently to clients and effectively communicate the technical vision. You will be the key point of contact for technical discussions, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of professional experience, with over 7 years on the Salesforce platform.

- Proven experience in a Salesforce Technical Architect role, leading technical teams and driving successful project outcomes.

- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and various integration technologies.

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.

- Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
