Salesforce Release Manager - Copado Pipeline

Role : Salesforce Release Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute the end-to-end release management process using Copado.

- Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, quality gates, and automation processes.

- Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, continuous integration, and deployment strategies.

- Manage sandbox refresh processes and environment synchronization.

- Create and maintain documentation for deployment processes.

- Schedule and coordinate releases with the Change Review Board (CRB).

- Coach and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and Salesforce development standards.

- Lead training sessions on Copado tools and processes.

- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development.

- Knowledge of Salesforce APEX, lightning components, APIs, webservices etc.

- Ability to work on production tickets and small projects in Salesforce.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- 2+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools and MUST HAVE Copado.

- Salesforce Platform Administrator certification.

- Strong understanding of Git version control concepts.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Experience with change management and release coordination.
