Salesforce Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud features.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile ceremonies.

- Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce platform.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Familiarity with QA tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
