As a full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for optimizing the platform and providing technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration. You must work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities.

Qualifications :

- 4 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification

- Technical educational background in a related field (Bachelors degree, Masters degree, etc.)

- Extensive knowledge of database marketing

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- The ability to provide quick solutions and recommendations

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Develop custom solutions using AMPscript and SQL.

- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other data sources and platforms.

- Automate marketing processes including emails, SMS, Push and Whatsapp notifications.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better engagement.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align marketing strategies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud operations.
