Job Title : Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer

Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement scalable loyalty solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design and implement loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.


- Customize Salesforce features, workflows, and loyalty-specific objects.


- Develop custom components and applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.


- Integrate Loyalty Cloud with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party applications.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.


- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.


- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.


- Provide technical support, documentation, and enhancements for ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with proven work on Loyalty Cloud.


- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.


- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).


- Knowledge of Salesforce data model and loyalty-specific modules.


- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :


- Salesforce certifications : Loyalty Management Specialist, Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator.


- Experience with Marketing Cloud and customer engagement solutions.


- Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.
