Description :
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate existing CRM workflows and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
Salesforce Solution Design :
- Design data models, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom development needs.
- Recommend appropriate Salesforce features (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Reports, etc.) for business use cases.
Implementation & Configuration :
- Set up automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Create and manage dashboards, custom reports, and data management rules.
- Support integrations with third-party applications through functional requirements and solution mapping.
Testing, Deployment & UAT :
- Validate that solutions meet business needs and functional specifications.
- Support deployment activities and ensure smooth go-live planning and execution.
Stakeholder Communication & Documentation :
- Provide updates on project milestones, risks, and issues.
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, process flows, and solution design documents.
Training & User Adoption :
- Resolve user queries and provide ongoing production support.
- Recommend adoption strategies to ensure successful onboarding to new Salesforce functionalities.
Continuous Improvement :
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance usability, automation, and business performance.
Requirements :
Education & Experience :
- 5 +years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Experience working across Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud is a plus).
Technical Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Reports & Dashboards, Profiles, Permission Sets, Data Management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security model, and process automation.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and AppExchange solutions (functional level).
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into simple and effective solutions.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) :
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Consultant Certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
