About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Manufacturing/Automotive domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud along with proven capability in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and business process alignment. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end functional solutions while acting as a Product Owner.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Proven experience in Automotive or Manufacturing domains.

- Good understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Order Management, and Sales/Service processes.

- Hands-on experience with requirement analysis, functional specifications, and documentation.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).

- Experience in testing, UAT execution, and training.

- Ability to lead requirement workshops, solution assessments, and stakeholder discussions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Salesforce Admin knowledge (preferred certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator).
