Role Summary :

We are seeking a Salesforce FSL Developer to deliver hands-on configuration, development, and optimization of Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. The ideal candidate will translate functional requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations, ensuring service operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Field Service Lightning (FSL) components, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Service Resources.

- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to extend Salesforce functionality.

- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to streamline operational processes.

- Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and integrate REST APIs to retrieve or update Salesforce data.

- Support integration with ERP or third-party systems under senior guidance.

- Collaborate with QA and business analysts to validate functionality.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce release management practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce FSL and Service Cloud.

- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, REST API, and asynchronous Apex.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, and permission sets.

- Experience with declarative automation tools like Flows and Process Builder.

Preferred Skills :

- Basic exposure to ERP integration or middleware.

- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
