Salesforce Development Lead - Sales & Service Cloud

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud.

- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices.

- Lead and contribute to the development of enterprise-level architecture using modern frameworks like fflib and universal mocks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.

- Drive the adoption of development best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Proactively identify technical issues and offer effective, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

- Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with development frameworks such as fflib and universal mocks.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices within Salesforce ecosystems.

- Prior experience in regulated or enterprise-scale industries.
