Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, a deep understanding of Salesforce products, and a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our Salesforce strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation across the platform.

Key Responsibilities :.

- Architectural Design : Define and document the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical best practices.

- Solution Leadership : Lead the technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce projects, guiding development teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

- Integration Strategy : Develop and implement strategies for integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

- Governance & Best Practices : Establish and enforce governance policies, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.

- Technical Roadmap : Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the Salesforce technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and issues.

- Security : Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Mentorship : Provide mentorship and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and guidelines.

Qualifications :.

Experience :.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT with a focus on enterprise systems.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including architectural leadership roles.

Technical Skills :.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant solutions.

- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.

- Proficiency in data modeling, integration patterns, and API development.

- Strong understanding of Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD processes.

- Certifications : Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Tools & Technologies :.

- Familiarity with development tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and other relevant tools.

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g, TOGAF) is a plus.
