Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer Sales Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, proven end-to-end Sales Cloud implementation exposure, and a solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices and deployment methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

- Deliver end-to-end Sales Cloud implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura, and Lightning Flows.

- Implement standard Salesforce customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and reports/dashboards.

- Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best coding practices.

- Manage and support the Salesforce development and deployment lifecycle, including sandbox management, version control, and release management.

- Work with CI/CD and code quality tools to ensure reliable and high-quality deployments.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce application issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including at least one end-to-end Sales Cloud implementation project.

- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning (Aura), and Lightning Flows.

- Solid experience with standard Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Strong understanding of unit testing, peer reviews, and Salesforce development best practices.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and code quality tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Mandatory Requirement :

- Salesforce Sales Cloud certification (Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or equivalent).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
