- Expertise in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex
- Lightning development: LWC (Lightning Web Components) & Aura Components
- Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, Integration
- Salesforce configuration : Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules
- Good knowledge of SOQL & SOSL
- Experience with Data Loader, Change Sets, Deployment tools
- Understanding of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules)
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Knowledge of Salesforce Admin tasks
- Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to Apex Design Patterns
- Platform Developer I / II certifications
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build scalable and reusable components for Salesforce Lightning
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Work closely with QA teams for testing and deployments
- Participate in daily standups and contribute to sprint planning and estimations
