The Role :

Salesforce developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Leading custom development on the Salesforce.com platform

- Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the salesforce platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modelling, integration, and data migration

- Design Salesforce solutions that cross multiple business areas within client's environment

- Having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM and Commerce

- Manage the development backlog and pipeline, and set priorities based on business needs

- Lead and guide internal and external development teams, and ensure that sound development principles are followed

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements, and ensure smooth communication and alignment

- Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing, and ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, nCino Bank Operating System.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

- Experience in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce integration using SOAP and RESTful web services.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Lightning Components.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Mandatory requirements :Deep technical skill

- Good experience and expertise in large and complex SI program

- Strong client facing / presentation skills

- Got good blend of solutioning skills

Qualifications & Experience :

- The candidate should have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
