Role Overview :

Someone should have strong expertise in both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CDP (Data Cloud). This resource will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating customer data solutions that support personalized marketing and unified customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CDP (Data Cloud)

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

- Experience with SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and optionally MuleSoft

- Ability to collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
