Overview :

We are hiring a Salesforce Developer to lead the migration from Legacy Chat to Enhanced Chat and enhance our customer engagement experience. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development expertise with hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Live Agent.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the migration from Legacy Chat to Enhanced Chat within Service & Sales Cloud.

- Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Configure and optimize Omni-Channel, Omni-Flow, and chat setups.

- Perform deployments, testing, documentation, and production support.

- Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to define and implement requirements.

- Troubleshoot issues, provide root-cause analysis, and ensure platform stability.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices and coding standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML).

- 2+ years experience with Omni-Channel and Live Agent Chat.

- 2+ years experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with Flows, integrations, and API development.

- Strong understanding of Enhanced Chat, routing, and workflow automation.

Required Certifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I

- Salesforce App Builder

Preferred (Nice to Have) :

- Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Administrator

- Sales Cloud Consultant

- Service Cloud Consultant
