Salesforce Core Developer (6- 8 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Build reusable components and robust backend logic for enterprise use cases.

- Translate functional requirements into efficient, maintainable code.

- Implement complex business workflows using code and flows.

- Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials.

- Optimize performance, enforce best practices for governor limits, and ensure exception handling.

- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and collaborate across technical teams for end-to-end delivery.

Technical Skills :

- 6- 8 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments

- Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling

- Experience with API integrations, custom metadata/settings, and platform events

- Comfortable managing large data volumes and optimizing performance

- Familiar with Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, and sandbox version control

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II (preferred)

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Git/GitHub, and peer-reviewed team environments

- Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) in Salesforce
