Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Communication Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integrations, and customizations, with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions. This role requires an independent self-starter who can thrive in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions in Salesforce Communication Cloud.

- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.

- Build and manage custom objects, workflows, process builders, and automation rules.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance.

- Work independently while managing priorities in a fully remote setup.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud (mandatory).

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations, customizations, and declarative features.

- Strong integration experience with third-party applications.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Must be willing to undergo mandatory background verification (BGV).
