Role : Salesforce Developer

- A Salesforce developer is responsible for developing and maintaining custom Salesforce applications.

- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Perform configuration tasks including Flows, Process Builder (if applicable), Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Page Layouts.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration patterns.

- Support deployment activities using Change Sets, DevOps tools, or standard release processes.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, admins, and QA to deliver high-quality features.

- Participate in requirement discussions and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Debug issues, optimize performance, and follow Salesforce development best practices.

- Ensure adherence to governor limits, secure coding practices, and scalable architecture.

The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in :

- Apollo Classes, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- SOQL & SOSL

- Salesforce Flows

- A good understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and API Integrations is also required.

- Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and documentation abilities.

- Experience working in an agile team environment is a plus
