We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 59 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional capable of designing and developing scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform.

This role requires deep expertise in modern development frameworks like LWC, proficiency in Apex, and hands-on experience with complex integrations and managed packages.

You will be instrumental in translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions while ensuring strict adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Development : Design and develop scalable solutions using modern frameworks, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components, as well as traditional Visualforce.

- Apex Programming : Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to handle complex business logic and data processing.

- Customization & Configuration : Customize Salesforce standard functionalities and develop custom applications entirely using the Salesforce platform's declarative and programmatic capabilities.

- System Integration : Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using industry-standard REST/SOAP APIs.

- Package Management : Work with Salesforce Managed Packages, including installing, upgrading, configuring, and troubleshooting package-related issues.

- Collaboration & Deployment : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. You will participate in code reviews, unit testing, and production deployments, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- Best Practices : Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Core Development : Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Batch Apex.

- Lightning Expertise : Strong hands-on experience designing and building components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Integrations : Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Process : Experience with code version control (e.g., Git), code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills : Salesforce Developer Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).
