This role will focus on building and enhancing Salesforce-based solutions that streamline quoting, billing, and revenue processes while leveraging Agentforce to improve sales efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce.

- Build automation workflows and AI-powered solutions using Agentforce to optimize sales processes.

- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and API integrations.

- Configure and optimize CPQ rules (pricing, discounts, approvals) and Revenue Cloud for subscription billing and revenue recognition.

- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support production deployments.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, scalability, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce.

- Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and API integrations.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Experience with Agentforce implementation, including AI-driven insights, guided selling, and workflow automation.

- Salesforce certifications preferred: Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce certification (if available).

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce and Experience Cloud.

- Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git for release management.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in Agile teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
