Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Planning (10%) :

- Participate in project planning and estimation.

- Contribute to the development of technical strategies for projects.

- Collaborate with architects to align solutions with enterprise goals.

- Provide input into the selection of technology stacks and frameworks.

2. System Design & Development (40%) :

- Develop Salesforce applications as per project requirements.

- Design and implement new features with guidance from senior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on coding, testing, and integration.

- Take ownership of assigned modules/components.

- Contribute to technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

3. System Operations & Support (50%) :

- Resolve technical issues and provide in-depth support.

- Analyze and troubleshoot application performance problems.

- Escalate issues to appropriate teams when required.

- Develop and maintain support documentation.

- Assist in user training and communication.

Required Knowledge & Skills :

Salesforce Development Expertise :

- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong experience in Apex programming, triggers, and batch processing.

- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.

- Experience with data modeling and management.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.

- Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems.

Salesforce Functional Knowledge :

- Basic understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.

- Ability to customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation processes.

- Configuration of validation rules, process builder, and approval processes.

Testing & Tools :

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Salesforce Data Loader).
