Salesforce Developer - Apex Programming

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Triggers.

- Build and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring performance and scalability.

- Follow Salesforce development best practices and ensure compliance with governance and

security standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.

- Proficiency in Apex programming, triggers, and custom development on the Salesforce platform.

- Solid experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).

- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and governor limits.

- Experience with version control tools and DevOps processes (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Attributes :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
