Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce development teams.

- Follow and contribute to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.

- Participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews.

2. Salesforce Development :

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components.

- Build scalable frontend and backend solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Develop custom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.

3. Integration :

- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work with middleware platforms and integration frameworks.

- Ensure secure and efficient data exchange across systems.

4. Automation & Configuration :

- Develop complex business processes using Salesforce Flow, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Process Automation.

- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and permission models.

- Enhance business productivity through automation and process optimization.

5. Data Management & Security :

- Design and maintain Salesforce data models.

- Implement security controls including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards.

6. Testing & Deployment :

- Develop Apex Test Classes and maintain high code coverage.

- Support CI/CD deployment processes using Azure DevOps, Git, Salesforce CLI, and VS Code.

- Participate in release management and production deployments.

7. Reporting & Analytics :

- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for business stakeholders.

- Support decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.

8. Quality Assurance :

- Create and review QA test scripts.

- Collaborate with business teams during UAT cycles.

- Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience :

- 7-9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
