We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Kochi-based team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and core Salesforce configuration. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. Your work will involve building custom features, enhancing existing modules, and ensuring optimal system performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical deliverables. Responsibilities include creating Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and Flow automations; managing standard admin activities such as object configuration, validation rules, workflows, and permissions; and ensuring seamless connectivity through REST/SOAP API integrations. You will also support the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Salesforce DX and Git, troubleshoot platform issues, and apply best practices in code quality and performance optimization.

Candidates should have at least four years of Salesforce development experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
