We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer with hands-on experience in Einstein Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and dashboard development. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across business units.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- Salesforce CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) Development

- Tableau Desktop (Dashboard Design & Report Publishing)

- Tableau Server (Access Management & Deployment)

- SQL (Complex Queries, Data Transformation)

- Data Warehousing Concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake, ETL)

Required Certifications :

- CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Certified (Mandatory)

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

- CRM Analytics Development : Design, develop, and implement robust dashboards, lenses, and apps within Salesforce CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) to meet complex business reporting and analytical needs.

- Data Integration & Transformation : Utilize your expertise in SQL to write complex queries and perform data transformations, ensuring data quality and readiness for analytical consumption.

- Apply strong understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts such as Star Schema, Snowflake, and ETL processes.

- Tableau Expertise : Leverage Tableau Desktop for advanced dashboard design and report publishing. Manage user access and deployment on Tableau Server.

- Business Intelligence & Collaboration : Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver insightful analytical solutions.

- Performance & Optimization : Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of CRM Analytics solutions.
