Job Title : Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant B2

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office 5 days a week)

Experience : 5 - 7 years (Minimum 5+ years overall, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Service Cloud)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud implementations and API integration skills (Metadata API preferred). The consultant will work on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, supporting end-to-end implementation, and integrating Service Cloud with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features (case management, knowledge base, Omni-channel routing, service console).

- Work with APIs (preferably Metadata API) for integrations and automation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure best practices in Salesforce development.

- Conduct testing, deployment, and support production environments.

- Participate in solution design workshops and provide technical documentation.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of Salesforce development/consulting experience.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Strong experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) Metadata API preferred.

- Hands-on experience in customization, configuration, workflows, and Lightning components.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Notes :

- Candidates must clear the iMocha assessment before 17th Sept (only one attempt, valid for 48 hrs).

- Immediate joiners preferred; max 30 days notice period.

- 5 days work from office is mandatory.
