We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, working directly with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to lead Salesforce implementations from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Lead requirement gathering workshops, document user stories, and translate business needs into technical designs.

- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business processes.

- Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and other platform capabilities.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, middleware, and authentication protocols.

- Manage application deployments, release management, environment refreshes, testing, and production support following Salesforce best practices.

- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and recommend features that improve business processes and user experience.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely support to business users.

- Conduct user training sessions and assist with user adoption of new Salesforce capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow platform best practices, security standards, and scalable architecture principles.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Experience building custom objects, validation rules, workflows, Flows, approval processes, and automation.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data model, and design best practices.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth, and middleware platforms.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable technical solutions.

- Proven experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Platform App Builder.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset is an advantage.
