Salesforce Consultant - LWC/Aura Framework

Job Title : Salesforce Tech Lead.

Experience : 6+ years.

Location : Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Faridabad, Jaipur, Gurugram.

Job Description :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and work on Aura components.

- Handle complex data models and ensure robust integrations with external systems.

- Oversee deployments and ensure smooth release management.

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in LWC and hands-on experience with Aura Components.

- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, etc.)

- Strong deployment knowledge using CI/CD tools and release management best practices.

- Ability to handle complex data structures and high-volume environments.

- Experience in team management and mentoring developers.

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform App Builder, or Architect) are an added advantage.
