Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to CRM

and DMS processes.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.

- Configure and customize Salesforce features to support business workflows.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and provide post-deployment support.

- Maintain documentation for functional processes and system configurations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CRM ecosystem.

Required Skills Qualifications :

- 5 - 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst (BA) or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.

- Proven experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related automotive or retail processes.

- Ability to create detailed functional specifications and user stories.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst) are a

plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to integration tools and middleware connecting Salesforce with DMS platforms.

- Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools within Salesforce.
