Role & Responsibilities :
- Experience with creating automation test scripts using Selenium, Agile/Scrum, DevOps.
- Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for testing and data management
- Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and eCommerce Cloud.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the stability and quality of the solutions.
- Identify, log, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
- Verify data integrity and perform data validation testing across various Salesforce Clouds.
- Conduct end-to-end testing Salesforce processes and workflows, including custom Apex and Visualforce components.
- Salesforce Administration certification or 5+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications
