Role Description :

Key tasks include customizing and configuring Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with other systems, performing data migration, and ensuring the overall functionality and performance of Salesforce applications. The role also requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical support, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications :

- Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving abilities

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

- Experience in Sales process and Sales techniques

- Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II are a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Key Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative features like flows, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.

- Proficiency in Salesforce integration with external systems (REST, SOAP APIs).

- Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code).

- Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira or Trello.

- Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I) is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party ETL tools.
