Salesforce Architect - Apex/LWC

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Define and maintain the architectural blueprint for Salesforce applications across multiple clouds.

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture including integration, security, data, and process architecture.

- Provide technical leadership across development teams while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.

- Build, customize, and optimize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Review and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.

- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce data models, including object relationships, data flows, sharing models, and security layers.

- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and adherence to platform limits.

- Oversee data migration strategies and mapping activities.

- Architect and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Salesforce Connect.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance limits, performance guidelines, and security best practices.

- Define CI/CD pipelines, release management strategies, and environment management processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Provide architectural guidance, technical documentation, and solution walkthroughs.

- Work with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and implementation.

- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous programming.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, governor limits, and performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, security models, and API frameworks.

- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, roles, and permission sets.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD processes, and tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) a plus

- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or related certifications

- Experience with multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.)
