With 5 years of experience, you will lead the end-to-end Application Onboarding process, integrating diverse target systems through complex connectors including JDBC, Delimited Files, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
This role requires a deep technical command of Java-based customization, where you will develop sophisticated Rules (BeanShell), Workflows, Forms, and Tasks to automate the identity lifecycle.
You will act as a technical subject matter expert for troubleshooting, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex synchronization or provisioning failures and implementing scalable, secure solutions that align with organizational compliance standards.
Responsibilities :
- Application Onboarding: Design and implement integration paths for various target systems using standard and custom connectors such as JDBC, Web Services, and LDAP.
- Customization & Development: Develop and maintain SailPoint-specific components including Rules (Correlation, Transformation, and Policy), Workflows, and Custom Tasks using Java/BeanShell.
- Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate automated Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes to ensure seamless identity transitions across the enterprise.
- UI & Experience Design: Create and configure user-friendly Forms and Certifications to facilitate access requests and manager reviews.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead the diagnostic process for identity data discrepancies, provisioning errors, and system performance bottlenecks, providing permanent technical resolutions.
- API Integration: Leverage SailPoint APIs to integrate IAM capabilities with external ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and other enterprise platforms.
- Security & Compliance: Configure and manage Access Policies, SDRs (Separation of Duties), and Risk Models to mitigate security risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Task Automation: Build and schedule maintenance tasks, aggregation tasks, and reporting tasks to ensure system health and data accuracy.
- Version Control & Deployment: Manage code deployments across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments using Git and standard deployment methodologies.
Technical Requirements :
- Core Experience: 5 years of dedicated experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
- Development Skills: Strong proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting for writing complex rules and workflows.
- Connector Expertise: Hands-on experience with JDBC, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Active Directory connectors.
- Data Structures: Advanced understanding of XML, JSON, and relational database management systems (SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle).
- IAM Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to perform deep-dive RCA in distributed environments.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills :
- Certifications: SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer is highly desirable.
- Fullstack Familiarity: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhancing SailPoint UI components.
- System Integration: Prior experience integrating SailPoint with HRMS systems like Workday or SAP.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for IAM solutions.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain complex technical identity flows to non-technical business owners
