Senior SailPoint Developer (IdentityNow + IIQ)

Job Title : Senior SailPoint Developer (IdentityNow & IIQ)

Location : Pune

Total Experience Required : 6 to 12 Years

Relevant Experience : 5+ Years

Role Overview :

- Manage and maintain connectors/integrations with various target systems (e.g., AD, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow etc.)

- Build and maintain custom workflows, rules, transforms, and provisioning logic.

- Collaborate with IAM architects, security, and application teams to define requirements and deliver scalable Identity solutions.

- Handle lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), access requests, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Participate in technical reviews, UAT, and go-live support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects within SLAs.

- Document design, configurations, and operational processes.

- Guide and mentor junior developers or team members, as needed.

- Provide occasional support for legacy IIQ environments where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow (development + configuration).

- Strong understanding of IdentityIQ (IIQ) fundamentals and migration considerations.

- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JSON, REST APIs, and SCIM integrations.

- Experience with cloud identity architecture, especially IDaaS environments.

- Deep knowledge of provisioning/de-provisioning, identity governance, and access certifications.

- Strong debugging and analytical skills in a complex enterprise environment.

- Experience in Agile delivery and working in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- SailPoint certifications (IdentityNow Developer/Architect).

- Experience with SaaS-to-On-Prem or On-Prem-to-Cloud IAM migrations.

- Exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and ticketing workflows.

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
