Saasvaap - Odoo Developer - Python Programming

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in customizing, developing, and implementing various Odoo modules.

The ideal candidate should have deep functional and technical knowledge of Odoo (v13-v17) and must be capable of delivering customized business solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Odoo modules and features across various verticals such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HRMS, and more.

- Customize and extend the Odoo framework and its existing modules using Python, XML, and Odoo ORM.

- Create and enhance reports using QWeb and integrate user-friendly front-end elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Work on 3rd-party API integrations, data migrations, and external service connections.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and UI/UX teams to deliver seamless ERP experiences.

- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with Odoo best practices.

- Handle full lifecycle Odoo implementations including development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in live environments.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong command over Python and Odoo ORM

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL for database management

- Experience with XML, QWeb, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

- Proven experience in API integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)

- Familiarity with Odoo deployment, configuration, and server management (Linux-based environments)

- Version control using Git or other repositories
