Position Summary :

A senior engineering leader responsible for architecting and scaling event-driven microservices in Go, focused on real-time, high-volume financial data and transactions.

The role drives innovation through AI/ML automation in finance processes, ensures compliance and resiliency, and enables enterprise-wide integration and scalability of systems.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties :

- Architect and scale event-driven microservices and real-time event pipelines (Kafka).

- Automate complex financial operations (settlements, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting).

- Enhance financial data models balancing compliance, performance, and scalability.

- Drive AI/ML integration for finance automation and insights.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, and compliance teams.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) and ensure robust CI/CD pipelines.

- Advocate seamless integration of microservices across financial applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years in software engineering (3+ in Senior/Staff-level roles).

- Strong expertise in Go, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.

- Hands-on with Kafka, SQL, and data modeling (Oracle, Snowflake).

- Proven ability to automate finance operations at scale.

- Deep experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Strong leadership, independence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
