We are looking for a highly skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and efficient features in an Agile environment.

Role Expectations :

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Design and implement new features, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

- Write and maintain unit tests using RSpec or similar tools.

- Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment activities.

- Follow best practices in software engineering, including test-driven development and version control (Git).

Expertise Needed :

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and MVC architecture.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks (React/Angular is a plus).

- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORMs (ActiveRecord).

- Proficient in using version control tools (Git).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
