Role : Ruby on Rails Developer

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Location : Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Ruby on Rails (ROR) Developers who can design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in building REST APIs, database-driven applications, and scalable web platforms using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs

- Work with database design and optimization

- Collaborate with frontend teams and product teams

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

- Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes

Mandatory Skills (Must Have) :

Candidates must have hands-on experience in :

- Ruby on Rails (ROR)

- Ruby programming

- REST API development

- MVC architecture

- SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL

- Git / Version control

- Debugging and performance optimization

- API integration

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with AWS or cloud platforms

- Knowledge of Docker / CI-CD

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams

- Frontend exposure (React / JavaScript)
