- Design and develop advanced Ruby on Rails applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Manage schemas, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity using MySQL Server and PostgreSQL.

- Create and enhance RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end systems and third-party services.

- Write and review clean, maintainable code, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Identify and address application issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs promptly.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to deliver impactful software solutions.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases, systems, and development processes.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL Server, PostgreSQL, and RESTful API development.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Git for version control.

- 3- 4 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- 2 years of experience in developing Docker-based applications.
