Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 1+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby, OOP concepts, and design patterns.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and ActiveRecord ORM.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar is a plus).
- Experience with RSpec, Minitest, or other testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes environments.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of background job processing (Sidekiq, Resque, or Delayed Job).
- Familiarity with GraphQL or API versioning.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a GitHub portfolio.
