Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer skilled in building scalable applications using React and Node.js. The ideal candidate will also leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate development cycles and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, scale, and secure backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).

- Leverage GitHub Copilot and similar AI-powered tools to boost productivity, improve code quality, and enable rapid prototyping.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) to deliver robust software solutions.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code (Unit, Integration, E2E testing).

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.

- Participate in code reviews, promote software development best practices, and mentor junior developers.

- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in React (component-driven architecture, performance optimization).

- Solid expertise in Node.js with Express or NestJS frameworks.

- Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).

- Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted coding tools.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and clean coding principles.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to have :

- Knowledge of Microservices and Serverless Architecture.

- Experience with testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Mocha.

- Open-source contributions or experience using AI coding tools in production environments.
