We are looking for an experienced RPA Solution Architect / Technical Lead to drive end-to-end automation architecture, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and provide technical leadership across projects.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RPA platforms, strong architectural skills, and hands-on experience integrating AI, APIs, OCR, and cloud technologies into automation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the overall automation solution design, including architecture, infrastructure configuration, and security framework.

- Review and approve Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and conduct oversight of development activities and code reviews.

- Ensure all automation solutions are built for scalability, reusability, performance, and compliance with enterprise and industry standards.

- Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical leadership and best practices.

- Lead and manage client-facing technical discussions, clarifying requirements and presenting solution recommendations.

- Align automation initiatives with broader enterprise architecture, governance models, and digital transformation goals.

- Evaluate and integrate APIs, AI/ML components, OCR engines, and workflow systems into automation pipelines.

- Work closely with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support cloud-based deployments (Azure/AWS) and enable CI/CD automation.

- Define and implement governance, monitoring, and security best practices for enterprise automation.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Deep hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms, preferably: UiPath (Advanced Developer Certification required)

- Strong understanding of: API integration, AI/ML-driven automation, OCR tools (ABBYY, Google Vision, Azure Form Recognizer, etc.), Workflow orchestration systems

- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments, infrastructure setup, and architecture design.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Expertise in automation governance, security design, access controls, and compliance frameworks.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
