- 3-5 years of experience developing with technologies such as Dot Net C#, VB 6, VB.NET, SQL server, ASP.NET, Web Development (MVC) using IIS, Crystalreports.

- Strong skills in Dot Net C#, VB.NET, SQL server, and crystal reports preferably worked on the migration project from VB to C# or VB.net.

- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system like SQL server, ORACLE, JSON.

- Experience of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, bootstraps, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience in Reporting services Crystal reports.

- Experience in creating and documenting test cases and technical specifications.

- Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently and manage business expectations accordingly.

- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

- Familiarity with event-driven programming both Web and Client application.

- Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.

- Strong unit test and debugging skills
