Roku Developer - BrightScript

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Roku Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality streaming applications on the Roku platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in BrightScript, a passion for creating seamless user experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain applications on the Roku platform using BrightScript

- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code to support new and existing features

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues across multiple Roku devices

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2-4 years of experience as a Roku Developer

- Strong hands-on experience with BrightScript

- Solid understanding of application development lifecycle and best practices

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

- Understanding of video streaming protocols, DRM, or analytics integration
