Key responsibilities :

- Responsible to Architect, designing & development of Web/ middleware applications using

Microsoft technologies like .Net core, MVC, C#, SQL server, Azure

- Hand-on experience with developing solutions/applications using .Net stack.

- Manage the team, estimate the effort, and assign work to his team members.

- Hand on experience to develop the solution design and present to the team.

- Ensure that all team members should have the work.

- Independently handle component-level design and Coding.

- Provide technical mentorship to developers and make sure that deliverables meet with necessary standards.

- Coordinate with customers/stakeholders in developing and implementing products &

Solutions.

- Research the adoption trends of Azure services and keep themselves abreast with new Azure services.

- Learn and implement engineering best practices on the Microsoft stack.

- Front-end technical discussions with the customer and liaise on all technical inputs,

implementation & issue resolution.

- Drive Organizational initiatives

- Responsible for all major aspects like Design, Usability, Performance and Quality of the

product.

- Delivery within time commitments adhering to approved designs, Deployment standards and

meeting set quality goals confirming to coding standards & best practice with minimal defects.

- Communicate to the team and stakeholders to proactively resolve issues.

- Perform unit/module testing to find errors and confirm applications meet specifications.

- Provide accurate time and resource estimates result in on-schedule delivery.

- Expertise and execute in Agile & other Delivery methodologies followed in the organization.

Required Skills :

- Experience in Azure Development and Using of different Azure services.

- Should have good knowledge in Web Services and Web API.

- Should have good knowledge on DB Concepts and SQL Server.

- Good to have knowledge in different authentication schemes like AAD Authentication, JWT

tokens, OAuth 2.0 and Open ID Authentication.

- Knowledge of security on Azure - AAD Integration, Key Vault etc.

- Design Patterns.

- Hands on experience on CI/CD and Azure DevOps.

- Ability to automate and build reusable executables for better delivery efficiency

- Ability to provide feasible and scalable Low-Level Design for business requirements.

- Create test cases and perform unit testing of the applications developed.

- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Awareness of Code reuse and performance of the applications/APIs

- Good to have knowledge of Agile Methodology (Scrum framework)
