We are seeking a skilled and experienced RIMS Support Engineer to join our team and provide L2/L3 level support for Regulatory Information Management Systems, with a strong emphasis on Veeva RIMS.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in regulatory applications and eSubmissions, coupled with hands-on experience in technical and product-level application support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for Veeva RIMS and associated regulatory systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to regulatory submissions and data integration.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and vendors to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards such as FDA, MHRA, PMDA (Japan).

- Support system updates, patch management, and enhancements related to RIMS platforms.

- Assist in RIMS system implementation, upgrades, and integration initiatives as needed.

- Document support activities and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of total experience in Regulatory Applications and eSubmissions.

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Veeva RIMS technical/product support.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory submission processes and standards including FDA, MHRA, Japanese eSubmissions, and E2B fields.

- Proven experience in L2/L3 technical support and troubleshooting of complex system issues.

- Experience with RIMS implementation and integration projects is desirable.

- Good understanding of compliance and documentation practices in a regulatory environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
